      My Kenmore HE clothes dryer stopped heating last Thursday. I called other companies that couldn't come out til the next Monday or Tuesday. Mr. Burns came Friday at the time he said he would be at my house. He repaired my dryer promptly and charged me a very reasonable fee. Overall I felt he was very competent and honest. I would highly recommend him as a repairman.

      I called and spoke with Mr. Burns. Explained my situation and that the washer was 18 years old. He turned down the repair. NOT because he couldn't fix it but because the cost would of the repair be better spent toward a new washer.

      I would definitely recommend this company if you want professional service. I called at about 9:30 am and Rick was at my house at about 10:30 am. I had to be at work by 2 PM I made it to work by 1 pm and he had to go pick up the part. He replaced a part on my GE refrigerator.
